Who is βhike & harvest homesteadβ?
Hi! Iβm Brian. I am a small time βnoobyβ homesteader who is working my way up the food chain, learning all I can about livestock and agriculture before I make the big move and purchase my very own chunk of mother earth. Currently, I work as a CRM Campaign Manager and Email Marketer, but on the side I run weekly hikes, teach outdoor skill courses, and maintain my own garden to grow fresh, sustainable produce for myself and my community.
My long term goals are to expand my flock to include geese and turkeys, eventually delve into the world of heritage breed pigs, and provide my community with a reliable source for humanely raised, grass fed pork, eggs, and poultry.
